Crystal Company and Dave Lambert

A couple of projects I've been involved with recently seem to be gaining some momentum!

First up Crystal Company - "Shock The Beat", which is produced by me, and features mixes by Korovin and Philter (the latter of which is, er, me again), all with the blessing of Eddy Milani aka Electric Choc (who very kindly sent us the midi files from his original 1991 classic version of the tune!). Anyway, it's sitting at no.2 in DJ Chus' chart and is also gracing the turntables of the likes of Robbie Rivera, Chris Hornbostel, Jonathan Ulysses, Trophy Twins, Freemasons/Phats & Small, Mark Dynamix, Bias, ATFC, Jim Shaft Ryan, Sonic, Pimenov, Mike McKenna, Sebastian Davidson, Matteo Esse, Erick E, Jose, Tim Andresen, Andy Morris and more... Its out late september on Oven Ready.

The other is Dave Lambert - "Yeah" which I remixed for the Versuz resident (who is a massive star in Belgium). The original is huge for people like Tiesto and Jonathan Ulysses, and my mix is getting big props from DJ Chus, Wally Lopez, Chris Hornbostel, ATFC, Pimenov, Stonebridge, Shield, Marc Roberts, Timo Garcia, Dean Facer, Tim Andresen and many more... No release date set yet, although should be out later this year on Mostiko Records.

Debut in Portugal and back to Russia

Looking forward to my debut in Portugal this weekend big-time. I'll be playing the NG foam party at DNA Club in Barreiro on Friday 19th then heading over to play X-Plosive at Green Hill in Foz do Arelho on Saturday night, ably assisted by local hero DJ Romao. Always great to go somewhere new, so I am well and truly fired up!

Week after it's back to one of my favourite haunts Russia (which is fast becoming my second home!) - on Friday 26th I'll be playing for Fashion Party II at Smolny Palace in St.Petersburg, then on Saturday I'm making the long trip Eastwards over to Novosibirsk in Siberia, where I'll be touching down at Club Schuka.

On The Airwaves

My latest mix set (see earlier post for details) is getting aired on various terrestrial radio stations globally. It was featured on Dean Facer's United Colors of House show on CRMK here in the UK last week, then on Monday it was the featured set on the Comeuniqueation show on Radio Sity in Slovakia. Coming up soon will be airings on Dave Lambert's show on Top Radio in Belgium and Holland, as well as Cambia El Pitch on Miradio in Spain, with many more tbc.
